This policy covers the public scholarship sources directory (browse/search listings, email capture, optional display ads) and how we use emails collected on this site.

Who

General audience for parents/guardians and students 13+.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Email capture asks you to affirm you are 18+ or a parent/guardian providing the email for a student 13 or older. Prefer a parent/guardian address when the student is under 18.

What we collect

Email address and message preferences (e.g. directory updates).
Age/eligibility affirmation (checkbox), not a detailed age dropdown.
Technical: IP, user agent, pages viewed (hosting/CDN logs; optional first-party cookieless analytics such as Plausible).
Ad partners (e.g. Google AdSense) may receive identifiers/cookies as described below if you consent where required.

How we use it

Send directory updates and related product/site updates you asked for.
Same-operator reuse: we may use your email across websites and products we operate in the scholarship / college-funding space (directories, matchers, related tools) to provide those updates and improve our services — without selling it to outside marketers.
Operate and secure the site.
Show display ads to fund the free directory.

We may show third-party display advertisements. Ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement and (if enabled) personalization. See our cookie notice / banner. We do not control every ad partner’s practices — review their policies.

We do not sell to marketers

We do not sell your email or personal information to third-party marketers, lead buyers, affiliates, colleges, or lenders for their marketing. (Display ad networks that show ads on our pages are processors/partners for advertising the site — that is different from selling your email list.)

Sharing

Processors: hosting, email delivery, analytics, ad networks — only to run the service.
Same operator: other sites/products we run, as described above, when you opted into updates.
Legal requirements and business transfers (with notice; buyer must honor this policy or offer deletion).
