Delaware Higher Education Office (DHEO) Scholarships
The Delaware Higher Education Office in the Delaware Department of Education administers a small set of state-sponsored scholarships. A public table lists each award with applicants served, award type, and application window. Students apply through the Delaware Higher Education Financial Aid Portal after reviewing eligibility; FAFSA is required for need-based programs.
Best for: Delaware high school seniors and undergraduates who meet stated GPA, SAT or need rules for state-sponsored awards.
Limitation: Only a small set of state programs exists, several need high SAT scores or special status, and applying requires a portal account.
