NAACP Scholarships
The NAACP runs a small set of donor named scholarships through its Inspire Initiatives. Each award page lists the amount, the shared spring application window and requirements such as NAACP membership, a minimum grade average, financial need, field of study or gender. Applications run through an NAACP application portal, and recipients are announced in summer.
Best for: NAACP members with solid grades who are graduating seniors or college students, especially those who can show financial need.
Limitation: Awards require a paid NAACP membership, most also require financial need, and deadlines may be out of date.
