PASSHE Foundation Scholarships is the philanthropic arm of Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education. Students at the PASSHE universities apply through the PASSHE Foundation Scholarship Portal after creating an account and completing a Profile Builder that surfaces eligible awards.
