Each award opens a page with amount, deadline, eligibility and a sponsor link, plus state and major pages and Sallie's own no-essay drawings. Searching needs no account, and student loan marketing appears throughout.
Best for: Students who want a no-account scholarship search with state and major filters, plus quick no-essay drawings run by Sallie.
Limitation: The default list is all sweepstakes or paid placements, student-loan ads appear throughout, and filters let wrong-year awards through.

A 5 means clear controls and a quick path from the list to a scholarship and its sponsor, including on a phone. A 1 means walls, confusing steps or a broken phone view keep getting in the way, and the middle is workable with some tradeoffs.

What data it asks for, how much advertising or sign-up pressure gets in the way, and how much control you have.
